    • Static aircraft displays - all day
    • Hundreds of classic cars - all day
    • Demos & hands-on fun from 100+ nonprofit organizations and vendors - all day
    • Live Entertainment - all day
    • Gourmet Food - all day
  • 12 noon: Speeches and Thank-yous
    • Live Entertainment continues
  • 4:00pm: Gates close

Briefly describe what you will be doing at your space?
* Note that our primary target audience is "underserved" families and youth in/near to East San Jose.  However attendees from all over the Bay Area of all ages will be with us.

Several of the children will have disabilities, many of the children will be from very low income homes.  Hands on exhibits, audience-participation performances, similar things are of most interest.  Give-aways always win hearts of the kids.  Please try to make the exhibit/performance science-related if possible (like the physics of basketball flight, sports medicine related to dancing, aerodynamics of paper airplane construction, etc).

TABLE/BOOTH SPACE
Table and booth space is reserved to all organizations offering goods or services to all of our guests.  Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  We will try our best to place your organization's table or booth appropriately, based on airport space requirements.
CAAPSO reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor for any reason.
