- James Davies Santa Cruz Co Planning Department Building Plans Examiner and Lawrence Kasparowitz, AIA, Urban Designer with the SC Co Planning Department: 30 min over view of the SC Co systems / plan.
- Ed Cahandler Currently teaching in Sac on Universal design and Building codes and who has been active legally in the puruit of access-aibility in the State of California will present on the California codes and intigration of UD
