SJSU Chorale: Registering

If you are a member of the SJSU Chorale you can sign up for a temporary "account" to accept Holiday Greens orders online.

As soon as you register for an "account", patrons will be able to place "Greens" orders online, on your behalf. Online orders will be tracked by the system, your patrons will automatically receive emailed invoices and instructions to mail checks directly to you, and you will receive notification when your friends/family orders "greens".

The online ordering system is optional: you can still sell Greens the old fashioned way: with paper order forms. Either way, you are responsible for collecting checks and proper shipping addresses. But if you use the online system, mailing labelswill be printed automatically on order day, saving you hours of tedious transcription effort.

Note: When a patron places an order:

Your patron enters shipping information and selects Greens from the wide assortment of Sherwood Forest Farms' items.

Your patron reviews and submits the order.

Your patron will automatically receive an email asking them to verify their order and send the check directly to your mailing address.

You will receive an email telling you that an order has been placed.

Your email also tells you how to view ALL of your orders in the order tracking database.

All orders and checks must be brought to our November 4 rehearsal.

All greens will be ordered on Nov 4.

When greens arrive in late November:

"Direct Order Greens" will be hand delivered to your sponsors by YOU to the Santa Clara County address specified by your patron.

"Non-Direct Order Greens" will be mailed directly to your patrons by Sherwood Forest Farms.

That's all there is to it. Your name will automatically be added to the tracking system.
