If you have already ordered greens, they should be delivered sometime in December 2004. If you have not ordered greens, check with Dean to see if there are leftovers you can buy.

To order Holiday Greens, please complete the form below.

Check payments only, please. No cash / credit card orders. Make checks payable to Chorale Fund.
When your order is verified, we will send you an email telling you where to mail your check.

PLEASE NOTE: All checks must be made out to "Chorale Fund" and must be received by November 9, 2004 or your order cannot be placed.

"Expressed shipped" items will be shipped to the address specified by the first 2 weeks of December. "Hand delivered" items will be hand-delivered by a chorale member in the first 2 weeks of December. For delivery to multiple addresses, please submit separate orders for each address.
